About Lana

I am an EMDR certified Licensed Professional Counselor that works with adults and adolescents seeking relief from anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or repeating old patterns that you wish could break.

I have years of experience doing psychotherapy with those who have experienced trauma. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Victim Advocate for a District Attorney's office, and later, while attending graduate school, I worked as a Client Advocate at a Sexual Assault Center. After graduation, I continued working there as a psychotherapist.

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Middle Georgia State University, and my master's degree in psychology from the University of West Georgia. I became trained in EMDR in 2019, and became EMDR certified in 2024.
