Through the powerful treatment of EMDR psychotherapy, a container is created in which you can safely do the deep work of releasing and integrating the difficult life events you have been through. This leads you to feel more grounded, more mature, more whole.
I am not here to tell you what to do or make decisions for you. I am here to facilitate a space where you can do your psychological work. Then you feel more clear about what it is you truly need, and from an empowered place, you make the decisions that are best for your life.

I also welcome working with people who maybe haven’t experienced “big T” Trauma. If you are experiencing depression or anxiety and you’re not sure why, because “nothing that bad has ever happened to you,” let me reassure you that therapy will still likely be helpful. We can explore together what may be causing your symptoms.
I also really enjoy working with other therapists. It’s so important for us to do our own work so that we can show up fully for our clients, and I offer a nonjudgmental, safe space for you to do that work. Other therapists have consistently given me the feedback of how astonished they were by how transformative EMDR therapy feels. I love this modality, and I’d be really happy to work with you.
