You may find yourself feeling anxious, low, or disconnected in ways that are hard to explain.
On the outside, your life might look relatively stable.
There may not be a clear reason for why things feel the way they do.
And yet, internally, something feels unsettled.
You might notice patterns of overthinking, a constant sense of tension, or a heaviness that lingers even when things are “fine.”
Even if you’ve tried to understand it—or worked on it in therapy before—the feeling can remain.
There can be a quiet question underneath all of this:
Why does this still feel this way?
Anxiety and depression don’t always come from something obvious.
Sometimes they are connected to experiences that haven’t been fully processed—things that may not seem significant on the surface, but have been held more deeply over time.
When those experiences remain unresolved, they can continue to shape how you feel, often without a clear explanation.
This is why insight alone doesn’t always lead to relief.
In our work together, we begin to understand what’s beneath the anxiety or heaviness—not just intellectually, but in a way that allows it to actually shift.
Using EMDR therapy, we work at a deeper level to process and integrate what you’ve been through, so it no longer feels the same in the present.
This is done carefully, and at a pace that feels manageable,
with attention to your sense of safety throughout.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
We can explore it together.

I know that it is no small thing to reach out for support when you’re feeling this way.
My intention is to create a space that feels steady, warm, and nonjudgmental—where you can begin to understand your experience more clearly and work through it in a way that feels grounded.
You are not expected to push through or perform in this process.
You are allowed to take your time.
You don’t have to keep living with a sense that something is off without understanding why.
It’s possible to feel more grounded, more clear, and more at ease in yourself—even if that hasn’t felt accessible before.
If you’re wanting to understand what’s beneath what you’re feeling, and begin to work through it in a deeper way, this is a place we can start.
